Founded in 2021, Dark Light is a specialized data & business intelligence consultancy, with specializations such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Experts in Business Intelligence.

Here we contribute that companies can make better decisions, know better the state of their business and can deploy to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Internet of Things solutions.

As a young start-up we want to grow quickly and need people who want to contribute to this. We offer the resources, support and a network, we are looking for driven people who want to get started! Therefore we are looking for a real Sourcing Partner who likes to talk to people and connect people.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will learn about the domain of data & business intelligence. What are the roles within this domain and what drives the people who are active in it?
You search for interesting people within this domain and get to know them well
You constantly try to make good connections that could be relevant for Dark Light
You use all possible channels (own system, LinkedIn, Jobsites, network, ...) to identify the right people
You prepare people for interviews with clients
You help negotiate the best rate/salary for these people
You represent the interests of your candidates/consultants
You report directly to the Managing Partner

PROFILE

You have completed an economic study (Marketing, Economics, Management, HR, Business Economics, ...)
You have experience and/or interest in sales and/or recruitment
You have a healthy interest in people and what they do
You have an interest in the digital world (like software, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, ...)
You are eager to learn, result oriented and a real team player
You want to grow quickly
You are fluent in Dutch & English
